Our multilingual staff will welcome you to satisfy any special request, making sure that every detail matches your expectations.

Our Guest Relations staff will also be able to advise you on the most suitable company agreements for you and, at the end of your day’s work, organise group excursions, relaxing moments at the poolside or typical dinners at our Al Barilotto restaurant.

Parking

Our large private car park can contain up to 60 vehicles.
The on-site service if free of charge and cannot be booked. If you wish to book a place, you can choose our covered parking garage for a fee of CHF 20 per night.

Hotel De La Paix is proud to dedicate an important service to people who own a Tesla vehicle and other EV of the main car manufacturers by offering 3 electric charging stations with socket type 2. Charge is free for Tesla. Other cars pay CHF 9 per hour. We suggest to bring with you your own adaptor.

Agreements

We offer our guests customised company agreements for lodgings of their collaborators – on half board or with bed and breakfast – or for lunch at our Al Barilotto restaurant.

Highway A2 – Lugano Sud exit.
Turn left at the first traffic light, the entrance lies 30 m further down on the left.

Lugano offers public transport throughout the city, that you can use for free with the Ticino Ticket. Ask for it upon check-in.

The bus stop Santa Birgitta and Via Cattori are located just outside the hotel. From / to the city centre take the bus n2 from Santa Birgitta or the the bus n1 from the Imbarcadero (pier) in Paradiso (2 min. on foot from the Hotel).
